Our specialist team provide passive fire safety solutions for multiple clients in the construction industry.
As part of the requirements from our third-party accreditation companies, it was imperative for PyroLogic to develop an application that records all installation details of the passive fire activities, to provide accurate reports and evidence for our clients and for fire safety audits.
PyroApp has been developed in close relationship with IFC and BM TRADA, that stipulates that all passive fire stopping activities details must be recorded in an approved format, to satisfy the site audit criteria and provide detailed reports for our clients.
The PyroApp records the following details, in line with the 3rd party accreditation requirements:
- Each project is assigned a unique reference number
- Each passive fire installation is automatically assigned an unique reference number, also found on the label attached to the site installation. This provides full traceability for audit purposes, both for clients and 3rd party accreditation companies.
- Intended (acquired) fire resistance
- Approved technician and supervisor
- Job location and date of installation
- Fire stopping components used and the manufacturer
- Pre and post completion photo
- The report is signed by the approved (accredited supervisor)
